AIR School of Breathwork has been running since 2010.
We teach both warm and cold water rebirthing as well as dry rebirthing. Our students are taught how to hold spaces safely and responsibly, they will learn to support their clients, one to one or through holding groups sessions.
This is a two year training program but you are welcome to take longer if you need to.

The Breath of Life
This is a 21 week online course led by Lucy Pattinson and Sam Pilbeam. In this course, you will learn about postures, breathworks, pranayamas, and the background and value of each breath. There will be training in energetics, physiology, and postures - the three segments of the breath. You will also get a certification upon completion.
The way we breath greatly infuences the quality of our life. Live lessons are on Tuesdays 19.30 - 21.15 London Time.
