I began my journey with the breath over 10 years ago and have spent those years training with Natalia Brown at First Breath and Sondra Ray in Liberation Breathing. I am experienced in group and 1-1 sessions in person and online. Having cleared my own personal traumas and blocks through Breathwork I am passionate about helping others shift any negative thoughts or old traumas that may be holding them back in life.

I run a Lakeland retreat centre in Windermere and am the co-founder of The Quantum Questions - a Personal Development Company.

I offer 1-1 sessions online and in person where possible.
